They overcame multiple obstacles for me, ranging from lack of inventory to a shady seller that was trying to rip me off. They cared about me more than making the sale itself, and absorbed losses on themselves to help me find a place. Ultimately, they were somehow able to find a place for me that was $10,000 UNDER the asking price, which I still can't believe, given the current market.
